Shipping Policies

All orders will ship via United States Postal Service.  Unless otherwise agreed upon.  When using requested shipping companies, TreeHuggersRus is no longer responsible for the freight once it has left the shipping dock.  Please insure your items are shipped with a reliable company.  Please allow 2-10 business days for ground shipping.  Overnight and Priority mail are available upon request and approval for an additional fee.  Please make all requests for expedited shipping by e-mail as they are processed more efficiently. 

Priority Mail Shipping Policy

All Priority mail will ship within 3 business days.  Vitamins and supplements are excluded from these arrangments unless authorized.  Some items may incure additional shipping charges for priority.  Such as Gallons of any product, or any oversized shipment.  All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding holidays.

Return Policy

At TreeHuggersRus.com we are pleased to offer a 60 day money back guarantee for all purchases and for any reason.
Please submit a request by e-mail for all returns including the product name and number.  You will receive a reply stating your return authorization number within 48 hours.  Please include this number on the outside of the package in order to expedite your return process.  Refunds for quantities of 10 or more of the same item will not be accepted.  Except for items with a manufacturing defect.  Please be sure you are happy with the performance of a product before ordering multiples.  Returns are subject to approval by TreeHuggersRus.  All orders must be returned within 60 days of the return authorization e-mail.  A restocking fee may apply if not received within the 60 days.  No returns will be accepted beyond 150 days of purchase.

Backorder Policy

All back orders will be processed in the order they are received.  You will be charged for your back ordered items at the time you place your order.  TreeHuggersRus is not responsible for any products discontinued by the manufacturer.  We will do our best to notify you of any changes in your order status as soon as possible.  

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive your items in damaged condition please take a digital photo immediately to avoid shipping costs.  As soon as the photo is received a new order will be processed and shipped as efficiently as possible.  To expedite the replacement product shipment please send an e-mail with the damaged product photo, name, and order number included.
